If You Have Too Much Money In Savings, That’s A Problem

Most women who come to me have been sitting on this for a while.

Not because they are bad with money, but because every time they have tried to engage with it, the whole thing has become overwhelming very quickly.

So they have done the sensible thing: kept the money in cash, told themselves they will sort it properly another time, and quietly left it there.

There is a background anxiety — am I doing the right thing with this, am I being responsible, what exactly am I supposed to be doing here?

You just need one good session with someone who understands this properly and can translate it into something that makes sense for your specific situation.

That is what the Wealth Intensive is.

In one focused day together — in person in London or online over Zoom — we go through your full financial picture, work through the strategies that are relevant to your actual situation, and build a personalised investment plan you understand and can act on.

You leave with clarity on what you have, what it is capable of generating, and exactly what to do next.

The Format

In Person — London, Farringdon - we spend a half day together in a beautiful old building in Farringdon.

Online - The same depth and focus over Zoom. You are in your own space, there are no travel logistics, and the quality of the conversation is exactly the same.

HI I’M HANNAH

Your new wealth coach

My background is not in finance — it's in fashion. Money became my thing when my Dad died unexpectedly when I was 22 and left me an inheritance he'd spent his whole life building. That was the moment I realised two things: life is too short to spend all of it working, and I had absolutely no idea what smart people do with money.

Growing up, financial education in my house was basically "spend as little as possible." The world of investing, assets, wealth-building — none of it was something I'd ever heard people like me talk about. So I taught myself.

Since then I've got my financial advisor qualification from the London Institute of Banking and Finance, moved to Lisbon, built a rental property portfolio, stock market portfolio and created a life that genuinely feels like mine.

The thing that bothers me is that the knowledge that makes all of this possible is still largely inaccessible. You either need to know the right people, or you need to wade through an overwhelming amount of financial content that wasn't built for your situation.

That's why I do this work.

I'm not here to manage your money. I'm here to help you understand it well enough to manage it yourself in a way that adds to your life - and doesn’t take from it.

What We’ll Cover:

Everyone's situation is different so each wealth intensive is bespoke but typically we work through:

Your full financial picture. Before anything else, we get everything in one place — what you have, where it all is, what is generating a return and what is sitting idle. Seeing it clearly laid out immediately changes how to make the decisions ahead.

Your goals and what they mean financially. What you actually want your life to look like — the projects, the time freedom, the things you want to be able to do or fund — and how to structure your wealth around that.

The strategies that are relevant to you. Index investing, ISAs, SIPPs, general investment accounts, ethical investing options, property versus the stock market. We go through everything that applies to your situation: how each one works, what you can realistically expect it to generate, and how to think about which makes sense for your numbers and your life. No jargon. No being sold something.

A personalised investment strategy. Not a generic recommendation, but a strategy built around your actual numbers, your risk tolerance, your timeline, and your values. And one that you understand well enough to own — so that when you go away and implement it, you are not just hoping you have done it right.

How it all forecasts. What does this picture look like in five years, in ten, at retirement? We use the forecasting tools I have built to show you what your wealth is actually capable of generating, and what that means for your life now — not at some abstract future point.

What’s included…

Before the day, you complete a detailed questionnaire so we can get into the substance immediately rather than spending the first hour on background.

On the day, we typically spend three focused hours together — in person in Farringdon with time for a coffee together before or online over Zoom.

After the day, you receive a written summary of your strategy and next steps, all of my planning spreadsheets (net worth tracking, investment property analysis, future forecasting), and two weeks of email support while you start to implement. You also get access to Money Vault, my self-paced investing course, so you can revisit anything we discuss in your own time.

On the day we’ll book in your follow up call which will be one hour on zoom 4 - 6 weeks after. Enough time to get anything sorted and have some gentle accountability.

This is for you if:

  • You have £30k or more in cash savings — from inheritance, a house sale, gifting, business income, or just years of earning well and spending carefully — and you know it needs to be doing something.

  • You have looked at financial advisors and either could not evaluate whether what they were saying was right for you, did not trust the process, or simply could not find someone who felt like your kind of person.

  • Your situation has some complexity to it — money across multiple countries, a trust, a property you have inherited, an ISA someone set up for you that you do not really understand, pensions you have not tracked down. Generic advice has never quite fit your situation.

  • You want to understand your money well enough to make your own decisions — not hand it to someone else and hope they have made the right call on your behalf.

  • You want to get this done properly and efficiently, in one focused day, without a months-long commitment.

This is not for you if:

  • You have less than £30k to invest — Money Vault, my self-paced investing course at £475, is the right starting point.

  • You want someone to manage your money without your involvement.

  • You are a US citizen — the regulatory and tax system there is genuinely different and not something I am set up to advise on.

 FAQs

  • Yes - although I won't be able to guide you on your specific country the general principles of investing you will learn in our time together are going to benefit you and give you the confidence needed to navigate any international decisions that need to be made.

Often clients come to me needing to learn how to manage their investments themselves due to living across different countries.

Please note if you are a US citizen you have an extremely different system to navigate which I am not an expert in so might not be the support you need.

I have mainly worked with British nationals living in Europe and vice versa.

  • Yes - I have three investment properties that I manage and have worked with clients in the past who wanted to invest in property. You can learn how to assess properties and run the numbers, how to use leverage and mortgages and how to forecast the finances for the property in the long term.

  • While the programme is most impactful for women who have six figures or more to invest, I do work with clients who have £30k upwards. The key is that you have a meaningful amount sitting in cash that you're ready to put to work, and the commitment to understand it properly. If you have over £30k in savings and get that money making an 8% return, you will have repaid the investment in this service in just one year (but it will grow exponentially for you after that point). I care about your ROI and this being an excellent investment too!

I have worked 1:1 with people anywhere from the six, multi six and seven figure mark to invest too.

If you have less than £30k to invest I suggest getting started with Money Vault and learning about investing in the stock market.

  • My approach encompasses the emotional, practical, and spiritual relationship we have with money. I am able to meet you with where you are at, help you reverse engineer your goals, ask expansive questions, encourage you to use money to build your ideal life and ideal day and share knowledge and contacts you may need.

Let’s have a call to see if it’s a good match and I can help you decide if it’s right or point you towards another best next step for you.

  • No. I work as a financial mentor and educator so that you can be informed and educated about your options in regards to making your own financial decisions. This is an important part of building your wealth, and I believe it to be a must even when working with a financial advisor.

I offer a unique perspective as someone with the lived experience of managing a large amount of assets, and although I am a qualified financial advisor I am not practicing in that capacity.

Financial advisors tell you EXACTLY what to invest in - I help you understand how to make those decisions for yourself.

Financial advisors often charge a % fee on all investments they manage on your behalf which depending on the size of your investments can result in you be hundreds of thousands of pounds worse off in the long run due to compounding.

I prefer to operate in this fixed, one time fee way.

  • Of course – send me an email hannah@whatiswealth.io

  • Before working together we have a free 20 minute call so I can make sure that this is the right thing for you. I will ask you some questions so I can be sure it’s a good fit, explain how it all works and you also have a chance to ask me any questions about the process

You deserve to feel calm and confident that your money is working for you — not vaguely guilty every time you spend it, and not quietly anxious about whether you're doing the right thing with it

If you are ready to get your money working for you and get this off of the ‘one day’ list let’s talk
